Vendor Table Space
We appreciate your interest in being a vendor in our event. The cost is $75 per table, plus a donated item or service valued at $25. (The donated item or service will immediately become our property, and will either be raffled, auctioned, or sold, at the current event or a future event). Please do not donate any custom items that must be delivered after the event.
It is important that you read the information below and only reserve a table if you fully agree to the listed terms.
- Setup time starts at 3:30pm. All vendors must be completely setup by 4:30pm. Showtime is 5pm to 8pm. Pack up and clean-up time is 8:15pm to 8:45pm. You may not clean up before the show is over.
- Vendors will have a covered table space of 6' x 2.5'.
- Vendors must handle their own payment transactions.
