Vendor Table Space

We appreciate your interest in being a vendor in our Charity Art Show and Silent Auction. The cost is $75 per table, plus a donated item or service valued at $25 (after it is donated, it will either be raffled, sold, or resold at a future show if not sold at the initial event)  or more to be included in our auction or raffle. Please do not donate any custom items that must be delivered after the show.


It is important that you read the information below and only reserve a table if you fully agree to the listed terms.


  • Setup time starts at 3:30pm. All vendors must be completely setup by 4:30pm. Showtime is 5pm to 8pm. Pack up and clean-up time is 8:15pm to 8:45pm. You may not clean up before the show is over. 
  • Vendors will have a covered table space of 6' x 2.5'. 
  • Vendors must handle their own payment transactions.
