These roles will serve as opportunities to gain administrative experience, perfect for college students who have light schedules but may have an internship/job. Applications for our Marketing Team have closed for now so check back or subscribe to be the first to know about any openings!
Marketing Team
Content Creator:
Hard Skills:
-
Experience in photo editing and graphic design software (Photoshop, Pixlr Editor, Illustrator, or comparable programs)
-
Own or have access to DSLR/SLR camera (high quality, newer phone camera may suffice for certain social media posts)
-
Tech and Social media savvy, understands online culture
-
Must have personal accounts for and be active on and know how to operate: Instagram and Twitter

Optional but preferred: Snapchat, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest
-
Be able to navigate and effectively use Slack (after some training, we don't expect you to come in understanding it, but if you do, that's great!)
Soft Skills:

Open-minded, effective collaborator

Ability to offer constructive criticism from other team members
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Willingness to learn and teach
-
Patience and Creativity dealing with a limited startup budget

Acceptance and Advocacy (this is a large part of our culture as a business and we strive to project an image that reflects this!)
Responsibilities:

Attend Periodic Zoom Meetings
-
Produce promotional social media text posts as well as capture and edit photos to communicate our message and brand to a wide array of followers
-
Research and Analyze popular brands to gain inspiration from
-
Come up with engaging, comment encouraging captions and hashtags
-
Work with team to create a consistent aesthetic across all platforms
Tech/Software Knowledge and Needs (you must have or have regular access to):

Microsoft Office (Excel)

Google Drive (entire suite)

Desktop and/or Laptop
-
Mobile Phone and/or tablet with capacity to download Slack
Marketing Strategist:

Have taken classes related to marketing or can prove social media marketing skills (college level or part of a certificate program)
